Key Principles and Applications of Motivational Interviewing

This course is Quality Checked by the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). This course alone is not a route to the Accredited Register, nor does it fully equip a graduate to practice as a qualified counsellor or refer to themselves as ‘a specialist’ in the subject matter unless they have other qualifications/training to support this.

The need for effective skills in therapeutic interventions is vital. In this age of a drive for fast effective results, clinical practitioners need to identify issues quickly and draw on techniques and skills that can help clients straight away. This workshop looks at skills and tools to help practitioners become more effective whatever their core theoretical or practice stand point is.
